Return Policy

REPLACEMENT:

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product, as long as the original product is in perfect condition as received and with all the certificates of authenticity that accompanied it. The return costs are the responsibility of the person making the return for both the return and the receipt of the new product!

Replacement is made only on readily available products

ORDER CANCELLATION - REFUND:

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

1) Before shippment of the product by email or by phone at +30 2821 057488

2) Upon receipt of the product, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the refund, the product must be in the perfect condition it was received, without damage and without any missing evidence that accompanied it, within its original packaging. Once returned and checked by the relevant department, your money will be refunded in 10-15 working days and the customer will be charged the shipping costs to return the product.

3) Refunds are not made on products that are in special promotions e.g. Black Friday - Cyber Monday.

4) In orders under 100€ or 150€ for international orders respectively, that have paid shipping and delivery costs these are not refunded, only the amount of the product is refunded.

5) Changes to contact lenses are not made.

6) Changes are not made to the lenses that have already been fitted according to your order in the frame you have chosen.

7) Changes are not made to products that have been ordered to the manufacturer at your request.

8) Returns on eyeglasses that have been fitted with lenses free of charge are charged for the cost of the lenses upon contact. 

9) In case of a defective product, it is replaced with the same product and no refund is provided.

Cancellation and refund is only for immediately available products

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery, you are required to inform us with a bank account (name of the beneficiary, bank, IBAN of the account), so that we can deposit the amount.
